TERMS&CONDITIONS.

GENERAL
• Everything is available, unless stated. Restocks are available at any time.
• Payment details will be given after order has been confirmed.
• Please make payment within 3 days after order has been confirmed, otherwise, we will have to cancel the order. Reservations are only valid for a week with 50% deposit.
• The colours of the items in the pictures may vary slightly from the actual product as they are stock photos.

DELIVERY
• Postage will be borne by the buyer.
• PosLaju (may increase depending on the estimated weight)
West Malaysia – RM6
East Malaysia – RM8
• PosExpres – RM4.50 - RM7 depending on the item.
• COD will be at our convenience.

COD LOCATIONS AVAILABLE
• HELP University College
• Pusat Bandar Damansara

POLICY
• No refunds.
• Items are not exchangeable.
• Orders will only be sent out when full payment has been received.
• We will not be held responsible for items lost/stolen/damaged during delivery.
• Deposit will not be refunded upon cancellation of order.
